just watched interview with the vampire. e first time i watched it.. i think i must have been 13. and realised that even tho i can still remember most of the film.. at that age i must have completely missed out the underlying -tension- in it. (tension is a veri mild word for it actually.. and not a very accurate one at that..)

is it just me or are all vampires (at least those in the film) homosexuals? cos that's how it seems. lestat n louis.. louis and armand.. armand and lestat. what's this?!?! they're all homos.. i'm so totally grossed out. and to think i never realised when i watched it the first time. was i dense or something?!?!

but of cos.. that didn't stop me from enjoying the show. i'm amazed by tom cruise.. lestat is such a jerk but he's unbelievably charming. i can't imagine anyone else playing lestat.

i have a gd mind to watch it again... just to watch tom cruise. and fast forward the rest.
