Runner's High Theory

haf u ever wondered why sometimes u feel this yearning inside for someone to like? and u dun even mind even if it's just a crush. haf u ever wondered why people are so addicted to this feeling of liking someone? and it doesn't even haf to be a two-way thing.

it's for the same reason that a runner is addicted to running. he can't go a day w/o running. he needs that rush of adrenalin to push him forth.. to enable him to go thru the day in top form..

it's not just bcos u're lacking excitement in ur life. it's more than that. u yearn for someone to like bcos u need a someone to bring out the best in you.. to make u strive to be better.. to make u look forward to a brand new day.. to make you feel good about life. it's more or less an incentive isn't it?

it doesn't matter that it's just a crush or an ou xiang. all that matters is that u have a -someone- to make u smile.. to make u strive for a certain goal.. to motivate u to be a better person. that driving force is ur runner's high..
