Hi,
As you know we MUST meet sometime. The Faculty clearly state this. Could you come to meet me in the next few weeks. The following times suit me. Please email me ( or phone ) IN ADVANCE so that you will not be double booked with one of your colleagues.
Wed 1st Dec between 9.30 - 10.30am or 12.30 - 3.00pm
Mon 6th Dec between 9.30 - 11.00am or 2.00 - 5.00pm
Tues 7th Dec between 2.00 - 5.00pm
Wed 8th Dec between 9.30 - 10.30am or 12.30 - 2.00pm
Wed 15th Dec between 9.30 - 10.30am or 12.30 - 5.00pm
The Macewen Building is near the A&E Dept at the GRI.

How convenient is that... for him. the royal infirmary is like.. an hr away?? and the "meeting" will only take 5 minutes at most. why can't HE come down to the uni one day and meet all of us there? instead of making us all meet him at the GRI.. for his convenience. (ok fine.. he's a big shot doc n we're just students..)

and who's the one who wasn't there when i needed him?! i emailed him like.. 2 mths ago to ask if i could ask for his contact etc to put him down as a contact when i registered with the embassy. and he still hasn't replied btw. (obviously i didn't wait for his reply after a week). and now he's asking to meet us.

and he's my advisor of studies.. but he doesn't care does he.. if i'm ok or not. he only wants to see us bcos "the faculty clearly state this".

ok so here's the options.. tell me what i should do:

1) ignore his email the way he ignored mine.

2) email him back and tell him i'm not free to meet him. (that won't be lying cos i'll say i'm not free to meet him.. which means i can be free to do anything else.. just not meet him.)

3) email him back and ask him to change the venue. like, meet us at the uni instead. (that will sound v rude tho..)

4) email him back and choose a time to meet him (however inconvenient). and then at the meeting tell him that i emailed him but he didn't reply. so i want a change of advisor. (and u might never know.. i -might- get my ou xiang HAHAHA. that "might" is like.. 0.1% probability.. but it's better than 0%..)

5) email him back and choose a time to meet him (however inconvenient). and act like i'm absolutely delighted to see him again (for 5 minutes) after so long (on a 1hr bus ride).

so.. what do u think?
