what's that physics law again that equates resistance with power or something? can't remember..

too much tv makes me think useless thoughts. we've seen couples (on tv) going thru all kind of resistance and obstacles to be together, because their love is oh-so-strong. but what if there's no resistance? no obstacles? what if everything is smooth sailing? will they love each other so much? will their love be so strong? if they CAN be together will they still WANT to be together so much?

maybe it's just human nature to want what u can't have.

maybe it comes from knowing what u'll lose if u let resistance and obstacles get in your way. if u can't have it u'll fight for it. like freedom. if u can have it u take it for granted.. and when u glimpse the idea of not being free, u realise that u love that freedom a lot. maybe.

but resistance does make love grow stronger quite quickly doesn't it? that's not to say that without resistance love won't be strong. resistance just acts as a catalyst. resistance makes u bond together to work towards overcoming it.
